Step 1. Schedule a call or meet at your clinic.

Lets see if we are a fit. We will meet and discuss what you want out of your dental bookkeeping and accounting service. I can answer any questions you have.

Step 2. Onboarding.

It's a match. We will set some goals and timelines based on your needs. We agree on a start date and I will send you a simple list of a handful of items to gather for me to get started. I'll work with you and/or your staff to align on processes to minimize interruptions each month. If you are not on QuickBooks, I'll set your clinic up for free.

Step 3. Monthly maintenance and annual deliverables.

I'll walk you and/or your staff over the monthly routine. After that, I work quietly in the background to stay on top of your financial results. If you require any formal financial statements or tax returns, I'll leverage what information I already have and work through the rest at year-end.
